In an ideal world, we would like to abscond to a warmer environment when the temperatures plunge and the sidewalks become an obstacle course of slush, ice, and salt (poor doggos). And some of us are able to do that - but usually for like, a week. As terrible of a feeling of landing back in Toronto after a vacation, and the city look like the frozen planet of Hoth in Empire Strikes back… it is a more terrible feeling to not be able to leave in the first place. So, we invite you to visit Nickel9 and we will trick our senses into transporting us to a resort in the sun by learning how to make and then drink some of the most beloved tropical cocktails that one would find themselves sipping poolside. Enjoy a little vacation from the cold while you stay in the same city… it’s like a vacation… but you stay… hence Staycation. We’ll see ya there! :)
