The MultiStrip 9480M is an extremely versatile platform for inline processing of wires and cables. This session is designed to introduce new operators to the features of the machine and get them comfortable with its operation so they can produce wires with confidence.
In this live, online 2 hour session you'll learn about different blade widths and types, the benefits of blade cartridges and how to configure them, the importance of choosing the correct guide set, and basic S.ON programming and operation to produce your first wire. We'll cover basic processing concepts such as; strip diameter, wayback, stripping speed and pressure, feeding speed and pressure, and more. We'll walk you through each step of the process and what to watch for to prevent processing errors.
