The richness of the extra virgin olive oil adds a delicate yet bold depth of flavor. Yuzu mascarpone frosting is the ultimate complement to the cake base. Decorated with a burst of mixed berries and a splattering of pistachios. Berries option include strawberries, blueberries, blackberries and raspberries.
