Burnt Mill x The Bruery Twin Oaks Olarosso BA Mixed Fermented Sour 7.2% (750ml)In 2019 Burnt Mill got together with The Bruery's very own Sour Jesus, Jeremy. They shared some special beers and brewed a beer of their own to put to rest in Chteauneuf du Pape barrels. The barrels were inoculated with a strain brought over by the Bruery to make this collaboration come alive. The beer was then transferred to rest in an Oloroso sherry barrel, giving us vibrant citrus lemon and lychee aromas balanced with vanilla tannins and grassy

The barrels were inoculated with a strain brought over by the Bruery to make this collaboration come alive. The beer was then transferred to rest in an Oloroso sherry barrel, giving us vibrant citrus lemon and lychee aromas balanced with vanilla tannins and grassy notes. Contains sediment.
Some of the beer was also transferred into Pedro Ximenez barrels and some kept in the Châteauneuf-du-Pape barrel, creating two further different but equally glorious beers.
