This 1970s dress features a deep teal tone and delightful floral print with a button-front closure and matching belt to help accentuate the waistline. The button front detailing up to the mandarin style collar is simply divine. Its billowy sleeve style and flattering fit and flare silhouette makes this playful for both day and night.
