They were also issued in pseudo-stereo, Motown TS-264, January 1966. Tracks D4 & F2 were first issued in U.K. only [r2463536, 7 Dec. 2009 Tracks E5 & E6 were first issued on [r=3312786 - Expanded Edition, 15 November 2011 Made in the Czech Republic.
