Gebruik
Volwassenen: 3 x daags 1 tablet, bij voorkeur bij de maaltijd, met ruim water innemen. Later kan in veel gevallen de dosering worden verlaagd naar tweemaal daags 1 capsule.

Not firm.

This mattress topper is not firm. So it doesn’t really fluff up to 3 inches. More like inches.
But when you lay on it ,it’s like so soft and comfortable. It makes you feel so cozy. I plan on ordering a second one for more cushion.

I slept like I've never slept before in several years! I'm diabetic and run hot and cold all night! The mattress topper is truly a game changer! I have a mattress with 4 inch memory foam. I usually sleep about 2-3 hours and then awake 2-3 hours!
