Onderhoud

De polyester mat is vuil- en waterafstotend en kan voorzichtig met de hand worden gewassen. Laat het materiaal daarna uitlekken en drogen. Meubelschuim werkt ook goed voor het reinigen.

Voor het acaciahouten frame geldt: neem het hout af, laat het goed drogen en schuur eventuele spaanders indien nodig. Behandel het hout daarna met olie om het te beschermen tegen vocht en om uitdroging en barsten te helpen voorkomen. Olie het hout bij voorkeur in de schaduw, zodat het voldoende tijd krijgt om de olie op te nemen.
