Deze perenmousserende wijn van de champagne-braadpeer is de koningin onder de alcoholvrije dranken. Elegant en zeer exclusief. Licht, minder zoet en toch alcoholvrij. In de neus overtuigt een geur van de Champagner-Bratbirne, met fijne tonen van gedroogde peren. Witte bloesem, brioche-tonen gekenmerkt door de meerjarige gistrijping van de mousserende wijn op de champagnefles. In de mond proeft u een ingetogen zoetheid en goed geïntegreerde zuurgraad. Fijne smaak van de Champagner-Bratbirne met subtiele tanninetonen in de afdronk. De fruitsoort 'Champagner-Bratbirne' geldt al meer dan 200 jaar als een wijnpeer van de allerbeste kwaliteit.
