Alle messen worden nauwkeurig gesmeed uit éé stuk koolstofrijk Duits roestvaststaal. De speciale Chroom-Molybdeen-Vanadium legering X50CrMoV15 staat garant voor de volgende eigenschappen: - vlijmscherp - duurzaam scherp snijvlak - goed slijpbaar - zeer corrosiebestendig Bij de productie van elk mes zijn wel 50 stappen betrokken.
