If you are like me, you have ordered biltong as slabs and pre-sliced slabs from a bunch of companies promising the real deal. Too many of those companies trim the fat or dry things out so much that it might as well be American beef jerky with coriander added to the spice blend. If you can afford this treat, don't waste your money on the less expensive stuff -this is what you are missing.
