Issued in a matte finish cover with an obi. Record housed in a printed inner sleeve with credits, photos and liner notes. The barcode is printed on the obi.
All runout inscriptions are etched.
Tracks A1 and A2 are previously unreleased. Track B3 title printed on the picture sleeve as "Wh. Tornado (From Cassette Set)"
Duration times incorrectly printed on the record label for track B1 as "3:14" and track B2 as "3:40"
