Directions for Use
Diffuser: Add 4–5 drops to water in a diffuser
Massage: Dilute 3–5 drops per 10ml of carrier oil before applying to skin
Inhalation: Add 2–3 drops to hot water and inhale gently
Bathing: Add 5–10 drops to bathwater, mixed with a carrier oil
