The tiller diameter is 22mm. This tiller confirms to the Topper Class rules which state : Tiller Extension Max length 975mm C.5.2.2g (Julyu 2019) - 975mm is the overall length from the end of the Rooster rubber end stopper to the underneath of the UJ fitting.
