All roasted then ground into powder. The "tandoor" referred to here is the clay oven where food is roasted in high heat. Tandoori seasoning tends to have an earthy, savory, and somewhat spicy flavor. You can either apply the seasoning directly to the foods or can mix with yogurt and marinate for a few hours before cooking.
Our blend consists of the following ingredients: Garlic, Paprika, Fenugreek, Onion, Salt, Ginger, Coriander, Turmeric, Garam Masala, Red Pepper, White Pepper, Cardamom, Cumin, Curry leaves.
