Garagiste 'Le Stagiaire' Pinot Noir 2018Another delicious Pinot from this brilliant producer from Garagiste's Balnarring, Tuerong and Merricks vineyards. The grapes were sorted then destemmed and fermented in concrete using indigenous yeast, minimal hand plungin. The wine was aged for ten months, in both concrete and and foudre (5% new). Bottled unfined and unfiltered.
