Arachidonic Acid, ElevATP®, and DHEA in a straight-up capsule

Anabolic Warfare Project Jacked is a unique mix that hits three big areas: boosting cell energy, firing up training inflammation in a good way, and tweaking hormones. That's way different from your average capsule muscle builder, which often just throws in weak herbs with big promises. Here, the plan is straightforward: pair a proven ATP booster, a solid dose of arachidonic acid, a bit of creatine, and a real DHEA/7-Keto DHEA combo to help you train harder and build a leaner, stronger body.

It has 1g Creatine Hydrochloride. Creatine helps refill your muscle's energy stores so you can push out more reps in tough sets. But heads up, the dose is low—most studies use 3-5g daily of monohydrate for full effects. HCl is super soluble and easy on the stomach, but at 1g, think of this as an extra boost, not your main creatine source.

Arachidonic Acid comes in at 500mg, which is a good amount for gym supplements. This fatty acid is in your cell walls and turns into signals that kick off inflammation. In workouts, that means your lifting creates a stronger trigger for muscle repair and growth. You'll feel it as tougher sessions, more soreness after, and like your training is really pushing your limits. It's not for easy vibes—it's for real progress.

ElevATP® is at 150mg, matching the dose in its human studies. Unlike ATP pills that break down fast in your gut, ElevATP® helps your body make its own ATP using ancient peat and apple extracts rich

AW Project Jacked by Anabolic Warfare contains 1g Creatine Hydrochloride, a clinical dose for health and performance.

Key Highlights

  • 500mg Arachidonic Acid — this is what makes Project Jacked stand out. It cranks up the inflammation from heavy lifting, so workouts feel more intense, more effective, and like they're really forcing your body to build back stronger.
  • 150mg ElevATP® — that's the full dose from the studies. It boosts your body's own ATP production instead of shaky oral ATP, and research shows it helps with strength, power, and keeping performance up when you're grinding.
  • 100mg DHEA — no skimping here. DHEA is a natural hormone starter from your adrenals, and 100mg is a solid amount that makes the hormone side of this formula count for real, not just for show.
  • 50mg 7-Keto DHEA — this adds another angle without repeating the same thing. It's often used for body comp help and gives the formula a wider focus on getting leaner than just a basic hormone booster.
  • 1g Creatine Hydrochloride — super soluble creatine that supports quick energy reloads during brutal sets. Real talk: 1g is useful in the mix, but it's under the usual 3-5g from studies for max creatine benefits.
  • 100mg Maral Root Extract — an old-school herb from Eastern European sports that's all about building toughness. It fits right in with the product's push for handling tough workouts.
  • 100mg Nettle Root Extract — you see this in guy's hormone stacks, and it works here because of the DHEA. It's smarter in this setup than in some random muscle pill.
  • No prop blends — everything's listed with exact doses. In a world of shady 'anabolic complexes,' this lets you check what's really in it and match it to what the research says.

Who Is This For?

  • Seasoned lifters chasing hypertrophy in a bulk who want better than plain creatine caps. 500mg arachidonic acid and 150mg ElevATP® make training feel like it's driving real progress with steady output and stronger signals.
  • Power guys doing big volume who need stim-free caps that won't kill sleep. ElevATP® boosts your ATP for power, arachidonic acid makes lifts hit harder.
  • Advanced folks with a base stack wanting a targeted add with hormone edge. 100mg DHEA and 50mg 7-Keto DHEA make it specific for those who know hormone supps.
  • People who hate powders and want easy capsules daily. Three pills are simple, no need for stims or flavors to work.
  • Bodybuilders recomping who need performance plus lean support. ElevATP® keeps sessions strong, DHEA and 7-Keto push beyond basic strength.
  • Guys with stims handled who skip more caffeine. This supports gains without extra nervous system load.

How to Use

Take 3 capsules daily. On gym days, down them 30-45 minutes before to have it ready—no fast stim spike, just routine. If you're new to hormone supps, check the label and see if 100mg DHEA fits you. Wash down with plenty of water. A meal with some fat is smart, especially for arachidonic acid tolerance. Stack with full creatine monohydrate since 1g HCl here is under 3-5g from research. Pairs great with a stim pre if you want, being stim-free itself. Use every day for best with ElevATP®, arachidonic acid, and hormones. Keep it cool, dry, and sealed.

What to Expect

First 0-15 minutes: capsules with no stims mean no big kickoff—just easy to take with water. 20-60 minutes: no caffeine vibe; workouts start normal, but you might hold power better thanks to ElevATP® and creatine. Days 1-7: arachidonic acid shows up with extra soreness and that 'really trained' feel after sets. Weeks 2-4: it clicks with steady ElevATP®, arachidonic acid, and DHEA/7-Keto—track it in your logs, recovery, and how your body looks, not some instant high.

Frequently Asked Questions

What kind of product is Project Jacked?

Project Jacked is a hybrid capsule formula built for hard-training lifters who want more than a basic muscle builder. It combines 500mg arachidonic acid, 150mg ElevATP®, 1g creatine HCl, and a 100mg DHEA plus 50mg 7-Keto DHEA backbone, so it sits at the intersection of performance support and hormone-support territory.

Is Project Jacked a pre-workout?

Not in the typical sense. It is stim-free and does not deliver a caffeine rush, pump-heavy experience, or acute focus hit. It is better understood as a daily anabolic-support and workout-quality formula that can be taken pre-training.

How much creatine is in Project Jacked, and is it enough?

Each 3-capsule serving contains 1g of creatine hydrochloride. That contributes to ATP recycling support, but it is below the standard 3-5g daily research range used for full creatine saturation, so many users will still want a separate standalone creatine.

What does ElevATP® do in this formula?

ElevATP® is included at 150mg, which is the exact clinically studied dose. It supports your body’s own ATP production through a blend of ancient peat and apple extract, and research shows this dose can improve lower-body strength, power output, and training resilience.

Why is arachidonic acid included at 500mg?

Arachidonic acid is used to intensify the training adaptation signal. It is involved in inflammatory pathways that matter after hard resistance exercise, so experienced users often notice more pronounced soreness and a stronger sense that training is producing a deeper response.

Is DHEA at 100mg a serious dose?

Yes. The common supplemental range for DHEA is roughly 50-100mg, so 100mg is at the high end of typical use. This is one of the main reasons Project Jacked is an advanced, niche formula rather than a mainstream beginner product.

Can I stack Project Jacked with a stimulant pre-workout?

Yes, many users will. Project Jacked itself is stim-free, so it can be paired with a separate pre-workout if you want caffeine, pump ingredients, or nootropics layered on top. Just avoid stacking blindly if the other product also contains hormone-active ingredients.

When should I take Project Jacked?

Take 3 capsules daily, ideally 30-45 minutes before training on workout days. On rest days, use the same full serving with a meal to maintain consistency with the formula’s cumulative ingredients.

Is Project Jacked good for beginners?

No, this is not where most beginners should start. The inclusion of 100mg DHEA, 50mg 7-Keto DHEA, and 500mg arachidonic acid makes it much more specialized than foundational products like creatine, protein, or a simple pre-workout.

Does Project Jacked contain any proprietary blends?

No. The formula is fully disclosed, so every listed active ingredient has a visible dose. That is a major advantage in a category where many anabolic-support capsules hide behind proprietary blends.

Quirky, small, and not for everybody
Color: Black/White/Black, Color: Black/White/Black
This is an attractive little watch, similar to the older Timex Expedition, but changes have been made. Like its earlier version, this is a small, light timepiece. The band is something different, with the case being held in place by an elastic insert sewn in. Pro - This watch stays put on the wrist, making it a good work watch. Con - pins will have to come out to remove band or change the battery. Another unique feature is the use of triangle slot retention screws on the back of the case, no doubt requiring a special screwdriver most folks probably don't have on hand. The band Velcro's into place, appears best for small or medium wrists, and stays where one puts it. In sum, this is a handy and attractive watch that is quite informal in appearance and will require some patience to perform battery changes.

Simple, easy to read, dependable, and affordable: all the important stuff!
Color: Black/White/Black
Its just a fine time piece for daily wear. Its light, its super easy to read both day and night. Its comfortable and it looks good on your arm. What more can you ask of a watch? If you want "fancy" go buy some high dollar metal case thing and pay three or four (or more) times what this watch cost. If you want to know what time it is and not spend a bunch of money, this is your baby. You can find cheaper watches, but you will not find a better watch at this price. I know, I have been wearing out watches for decades! My work is hard on watches. Things like using power tools, impact tools, hammers, welders, etc. These watches have never failed me and have lasted longer than watches costing far more. I got my first Timex watch nearly sixty years ago. I am still buying them as I have found nothing else that is more accurate or holds up under harsh conditions any better. You get what you pay for except with Timex. They give you MORE than you paid for.

I like the nylon strap.
Color: Black/White/Black
Watch itself is fine - doesn't stand out as something spectacular but is great for what it is. Definitely waterproof to about 30 feet deep - I've tested it snorkeling. The best thing is the strap - this nylon strap is much more comfortable than usual watch straps. There are a lot of nylon straps out there -- I think I prefer this one more than most of the others. the Velcro allows infinite adjustment, unlike straps with holes like a belt. And the way they did the looping of the band around itself seems to work really well. Better than another velcro strap I had many years ago ("the band") which was similar but didn't loop around itself the same way. This one is better - quicker and easier to put on and more easily adjustable.
