RAD 150: The Esterified Version of RAD 140

RAD 150, also known as TLB 150, is the esterified form of the well-studied SARM RAD-140. Originally, RAD-140 has been extensively researched in male rats that have been gonadectomized and show signs of neurodegenerative decline due to reduced androgen levels.

A groundbreaking study conducted by Jayaramen et al. concluded that supplementation with RAD 140 had neuroprotective effects in male rats, primarily through MAPK signaling pathways. The study also demonstrated that RAD 140 was nearly as effective as testosterone in protecting against cell death. In addition to these neuroprotective properties, RAD 140 led to an average weight gain of 10% in young monkeys over a 28-day period. DEXA scans confirmed that this increase mainly consisted of lean muscle mass.

The Process of Esterification

Esterification is a substitution reaction where a hydroxyl group (-OH) from a carboxylic acid is replaced by an alkyl group (-O-). This process occurs upon exposure to heat and a strong acid, usually sulfuric acid. In certain cases, other strong acids like hydrochloric acid can also be used to catalyze the reaction.

Difference Between RAD 140 and RAD 150

RAD 150 distinguishes itself from RAD 140 by the addition of benzoate esters during the esterification process. This addition increases the alkalinity and stability of the compound. The esterified form, RAD 150, also has higher bioavailability and a longer half-life than its non-esterified counterpart, RAD 140. This suggests that the esterification adds additional benefits to the compound. For instance, RAD 150 is absorbed more quickly and remains active in the body for a longer period.

Worst Experience of my Life
My Epson printer had problems with it's software in early mid April, while trying to resolve the software glitch which I could not, I found that every picture I had scanned for some time had lines running through it and no cleaning process or other process that Epson had would get rid of it, and everything I had scanned for my project, was ruined. I sent the machine to Asurion following their instructions and explaining the issues. They sent it back to me after a month saying they had double checked and fixed everything, I spent some time setting it all back up, only to find that exactly the same two issues were still present and the machine was unusable. I sent in a second request, this time they sent it back to me a month later saying they couldn't find anything wrong with it. Hooked it up again, same problem. I complained numerous times asked for them to warranty the item; they would not unless I sent it back to them and they kept it and then they would give me a credit on my amazon account to buy a new one. I packed it up and drove to UPS a third time and mailed it back to them, after about three weeks they sent me a note that they had it and that they were sending it back to me as they couldn't find anything wrong. Three times I ha filled out their entire sheet with product, date of purchase, problems detailed, receipts, picture of the lines in the photos that it was making over all the scanned photos. Then after two weeks of back and forth they sent me a message telling me they couldn't warranty it until I filled all this information out again on line. Then they told me they couldn't read the tiny print off the receipt printed off the Amazon site, which I cannot change. I then blew up the receipts and circled everything and sent it back to them again...of course they already had now five copies of this same information, they had paid for postage three times to NY and back to fix it and they still aren't able to process a payment to me????? Finally I get a call from a gentleman telling me that I will have a credit to my Amazon Card in 72 hours. Great. Then he calls me back the next day and says the warranty team has decided they would not warranty the item and credit me but they will mail me a check in 7 to 10 days. After over four months of this I received a check...will it bounce? I don't know yet. My project that I was working on was for my mother's Celebration of Life, I could not do what I wanted to do for her, this caused me emotional pain, as well as the obvious frustration of four months of aggravation and complete and total ineptitude on their part.

Vibrant, Rich Colors
This is my absolute FAVORITE sublimation ink. For the price, it's the best you'll find the canisters are easy to use, don't leak, and lasting for months. The bottles fit perfectly onto the eco tank. The colors are vibrant, rich, transferring to piece exactly as it should. These work like a dream and I'm a loyal customer, for sure.
