The panel is made from high-density (six pound per cubic foot) glass wool and has a density of up to six times greater than foam panels, offering balanced absorption throughout the audio listening range. The panel is enclosed in micromesh, and the edges are resin-hardened for clean architectural lines, a sharp appearance, and safe handling during installation.

In addition, Broadway panels have been tested in accordance to various fire and burn standards and meet stringent ASTM-E84 and Can-UL S102 requirements for flame spread and smoke development.
