在人生最低潮的那幾年，他的母親無條件接納他，大學學長李崇建陪伴過他。如今的他，已長出接納自己與他人的能力，一路上陪伴過好多人。現在，就讓他用這本書來陪伴你學習愛自己、接納自己，進而讓你也能溫柔地陪伴自己。
作者
羅志仲
1974年生，清華大學中文博士，人際溝通講師、身心靈工作者。
40歲前，曾長期失業、父子失和、身心失調，直到接觸薩提爾模式與托勒，開始學習認識、接納自己，人生才煥然改觀。所學不限於薩提爾模式和托勒，亦包含其他學派與大師，學習重點始終放在：如何愛自己？如何將所學落實在生活裡？
行有餘力，也常應邀至海內外演講，帶領工作坊、讀書會等，累計逾千場，主題包含親子教養、師生溝通、靜心、自由書寫、內在探索與安頓等等，目睹許多人因為學會了愛自己，不僅改變與自己的關係，也改變了與家人的關係。
2023年初，出版有聲課程《用30天重新愛上自己——羅志仲陪你接納自我的每一課》（沐洋學苑），感動無數人。
