Feeding Direction

Carefully create a small X in the nipple using the sterile needle or clean scissors to form a proper hole. The size of the opening will control the flow rate of the formula; start small and gradually enlarge if necessary. Regularly inspect the nipple for wear, especially as your kitten's teeth grow, to avoid accidental tearing or ingestion of nipple pieces. To prevent aspiration, always maintain your kitten's head level during feeding. IMPORTANT: Never tilt their head backward under any circumstances.
