Tom Selleck plays Nick Lassiter, a handsome jewel thief operating in London in the late 1930's, as the second World War approaches. Arrested while breaking into a mansion, Lassiter is blackmailed by Scotland Yard. The offer: Break into the German embassy and steal 10 million dollars in Nazi diamonds before they can be used to finance Hitler's military buildup. Refuse and he's off to prison. To provide music for LASSITER, the producers hired veteran composer Ken Thorne. As the film is a period piece, Thorne wrote a score drawn from elements of 1930s jazz music and also adapted popular tunes of the period to be used in the fabric of the score. A small orchestra made up of trumpet, clarinet, alto sax, trombone, tuba, banjo, drums, and piano would be used to perform the period elements of the score. Strings, French horns and extra percussion would augment the orchestra for some of the action scenes. Ken Thorne was born in England in 1924. During the 1940's, he had a successful career as a big band pianist and later decided to take music studies seriously, studying composition at Cambridge. His film work began in earnest in the early 1960's, scoring comedies and crime dramas. In 1965, Thorne reunited with director Richard Lester on an early film starring the Beatles, HELP! For this assignment, Thorne was asked to adapt the popular songs of the band and incorporate them into the underscore of the film. HELP! Was a great success for everyone involved, including Thorne and he became Richard Lester's composer of choice for many years, collaborating on films such as HOW I WON THE WAR, A FUNNY THING HAPPENED ON THE WAY TO THE FORUM, JUGGERNAUT, ROYAL FLASH and SUPERMAN II & III. For his work on A FUNNY THING HAPPENED ON THE WAY TO THE FORUM, he received an Academy Award

Versatile, High-Quality Power Strip for Home Use
Size: 6 Outlet
Nice, Heavy-Duty Power Strip that can be used in many ways. I installed two of these strips in my garage and am pleased with the results. The individual switches for each plug is a plus if you need that amount of control. The strip mounted easily. The materials and quality appear to be excellent, telling me that the power strip will last many years.

Review of product 9-20-24
Size: 6 Outlet
Have yet to use the product however writing a placeholder reveiw for now. I spent nearly an hour or maybe more looking at sooooo many surge protector/power strips at least 100 on 8 different websites and let me tell you.. not sure on quality but OMG good luck on trying to find a high joules this one being 3300J that also has individual off and on switches and be heavy duty at this price point.. nothing to do with price point even they simply don't make them.. this is the legit only one.. the rest were low joules around 1200J did not have individual switches, or were not heavy duty. So If I wanted all of these things this was the product I had to choose from. That being said this does look like a decent quality item that will actually last me several years possibly my lifetime. I prefer to buy quality products that actually work as intended for a minimum of 10 years of quality service life regardless of what product I am buying. 10 years of quality service life is a reasonable standard for products that would potentially see daily use. the standard for those that might not know used to be 100 years of quality service which was most people's lifetime on all products regardless of what they were, however the whole. History lesson for those that don't know about manufacturing goods. Planned obsolescence is In economics and industrial design, planned obsolescence (also called built-in obsolescence or premature obsolescence) is the concept of policies planning or designing a product with an artificially limited useful life or a purposely frail design, so that it becomes obsolete after a certain predetermined period of time upon which it decrementally functions or suddenly ceases to function, or might be perceived as unfashionable. I like to call out products and companies that are not making quality goods and also causing world pollution, to further decrease from 100 years quality standard to 10 years and companies still have problems meeting my lowered standard of 10 years is insane to me that people let themself be used like this, and end up supporting these terribly manufactured goods. These low quality goods end up contributing to world pollution on a massive scale over the years.

Great for my workshop
Size: 10 Outlet
So I love these long strips. There's a few companies that make these but when I saw the individual power switches on this for each outlet, I thought this would be great for my workshop desk. Now I can know for sure that the power is off to a particular device and I don't have to go plugging in and unplugging to be safe. Just hit the switch. I also like that there are plenty of outlets so I don't have to unplug something just to plug something else in. I don't often use all the devices at the same time so this works out perfectly for me.

I need more of these
Size: 6FT, Style: 1 Pack
I recently picked up the HHSOET Rotating Mountable Power Strip to tame the chaos of cords in my home office, and I’ve got to say, it’s been a fantastic addition. With 12 outlets, a sleek black metal design, and a clever rotating feature, this thing delivers both function and style in spades. Right out of the box, the build quality impressed me. The all-metal construction feels rugged and durable—definitely a step above those flimsy plastic power strips I’ve used in the past. It’s got a solid heft to it, which gives me confidence it’ll hold up under daily use, whether I’m plugging in my laptop, monitors, or a slew of chargers. The black finish adds a stylish touch, blending seamlessly with my setup instead of sticking out like an eyesore. The standout feature for me is the 360-degree rotating design. I mounted it under my desk using the included screws (super easy install, by the way), and being able to swivel the outlets to the perfect angle made cable management a breeze. Whether I needed the plugs facing forward for easy access or tucked back to keep things tidy, this power strip adapted effortlessly. It’s such a smart touch for a versatile setup—great for everything from a gaming rig to a workshop bench. With 12 outlets, I’ve got more than enough space for all my gear. The spacing isn’t super wide, so bulky adapters might block neighboring slots, but I managed to fit my essentials without too much hassle. The 6-foot power cord is a nice length—long enough to reach my wall outlet without needing an extension, but not so long that it’s a tangled mess. Plus, the built-in 1200-joule surge protector gives me peace of mind, knowing my pricey electronics are safe from power spikes. The on/off switch is another handy perk. It’s got a satisfying click and a light to show when it’s powered, making it easy to cut power to everything at once without unplugging a single cord. I’ve found it especially useful for saving energy when I’m done for the day. There are a couple of small quirks. The outlets are a bit close together, so if you’ve got a lot of oversized plugs, you might not use all 12 spots. Also, while the metal body looks great, it’s a fingerprint magnet—nothing a quick wipe won’t fix, though. Mounting was straightforward, but I’d recommend double-checking your surface; the included screws worked fine on wood, but drywall might need anchors. All in all, the HHSOET Rotating Mountable Power Strip is a sturdy, stylish, and versatile solution for anyone juggling multiple devices. It’s transformed my cluttered desk into a clean, organized workspace. If you’re looking for a heavy-duty power strip that doesn’t compromise on looks or utility, this one’s a winner.

Good power strip for under-desk mount.
Size: 6FT, Style: 1 Pack
Affordable power strip. 12 plugs. Good build quality. It says "Surge Protector" in the product description, but without actually taking it apart, I don't actually think there's a surge protector or anything built in - there's no breaker/reset button, which is usually the giveaway for that. Also, no USB charge ports or any extras like that. The plugs aren't only spaced the normal width apart - you won't get many wall-wart style power supplies connected with this. That should be obvious from the product images but I figured I'd mention it. You can get little 8-12" pigtail M/F power cables for cheap that address that problem, though. Easy to attach to underside of desk with included brackets. They're through-hole, not that weird slot/key thing, which is a plus, IMHO. (The last power strip had used those, and after it fell off a few times, I jut gave up and it lived on the floor. This won't do that.) The brackets are visible in the produce images, but come screwed on in reverse - you have to unscrew and flip them before you have the tabs to attach things. I assume that's what "rotating" means in the product description. It makes sense - the product package can be a couple inches shorter and most people presumably don't use the clips anyway. I just think it's great they're there if you need them. Getting all the cords up off the floor makes it a lot easier to sweep or vacuum under the desk, and a lot hard for cats to disturb things. Satisfied customer here!
