WaspTime 50 RFID Badges, Sequence 251-300

Elevate your time and attendance system with the WaspTime 50 RFID Badges, Sequence 251-300. This trusted batch of 50 RF cards is purpose-built for WaspTime readers and software, delivering secure, efficient access control across your workplace. The pre-numbered sequence range of 251 through 300 supports streamlined enrollment, simplified audits, and scalable administration for growing teams. Whether you’re outfitting a single site or rolling out multi-location deployments, these RFID badges are designed to integrate seamlessly into your existing WaspTime ecosystem, reducing downtime during onboarding and ensuring accurate, tamper-resistant tracking of employee hours. Durable by design and easy to manage, they help you maintain compliance, improve payroll accuracy, and empower administrators to focus on core business needs rather than badge logistics.

  • Seamless WaspTime compatibility: These RFID RF cards are engineered to work flawlessly with WaspTime readers and software, enabling quick enrollment, straightforward user mapping, and reliable access control. By aligning with the WaspTime hardware and data model, you gain cohesive timekeeping, simple audits, and reduced configuration errors. The badges are optimized for the WaspTime workflow, so IT teams and supervisors spend less time troubleshooting and more time focusing on productive operations.
  • Pre-numbered sequence 251–300 for efficient batch management: Each badge in this set carries a defined sequence range, making batch provisioning, reassignments, and replacements organized and auditable. Batch sequencing helps prevent duplication, simplifies asset tracking, and improves accuracy during onboarding or role changes. For facilities with frequent shifts or multiple departments, the 251–300 range supports clear, auditable mapping between physical cards and digital user records.
  • Durable PVC, standard CR80 size for everyday use: Crafted from durable PVC, these badges withstand daily wear in reception, manufacturing floors, warehouses, and office environments. They conform to the standard CR80 badge size (85.6 × 54 mm), ensuring compatibility with typical badge printers, lanyards, holders, and card readers. The familiar form factor makes handling easy for staff and security teams, while the crisp surface supports consistent legibility and, if you choose, printing of branding or employee photos for quick visual identification.
  • Easy deployment and scalable administration: Designed to reduce IT overhead, the WaspTime 50 RFID Badges enable rapid deployment across teams. After the initial setup in WaspTime, badges can be assigned to employees in bulk, imported from existing records, or added incrementally as your organization grows. The process minimizes downtime during onboarding and supports ongoing workforce changes, with administrators able to reassign or deactivate badges within the WaspTime software as needed.
  • Cost-effective solution for growing organizations: With 50 badges per pack, this set provides a practical, scalable option for expanding teams or multi-site operations. The combination of reliability, ease of management, and compatibility with WaspTime ensures you get solid value as payroll accuracy and access control converge. This makes it ideal for mid-sized businesses, warehouses, clinics, schools, and office environments that require consistent, auditable timekeeping without overhauling existing infrastructure.

How to install WaspTime 50 RFID Badges, Sequence 251-300

  • Step 1 — Verify system readiness: Ensure your WaspTime software and readers are up to date and that you have the appropriate admin permissions to enroll badges. Confirm that the 251–300 sequence range aligns with your batch provisioning plan and that you have a record of which employees will be assigned to each badge.
  • Step 2 — Prepare user records: In WaspTime, create or import employee profiles and assign the 251–300 sequence numbers to each corresponding user. If you’re migrating from another system, map existing user IDs to these badges to preserve attendance history and access rights.
  • Step 3 — Enroll badges in WaspTime: Use the WaspTime software to encode or associate each badge with its respective employee record, matching the physical badge sequence to the digital profile. This step establishes the link between the physical card and the user’s access permissions and timekeeping data.
  • Step 4 — Deploy and test: Distribute badges to employees and perform a test at each WaspTime reader. Verify that access permissions match what’s configured (granted or denied) and confirm that punch-in/punch-out data flows correctly into payroll and reporting workflows.
  • Step 5 — Maintain and document: Keep an inventory log of issued badges, including who has which badge and the status of each card. Establish a process for deactivating lost badges and reassigning sequence numbers as personnel changes occur to maintain security and data integrity.

Very bad
This guys are just an eye wash, they do not cover anything but will charge you. I bought Hand Blender and it broke in couple of months and I took 3 year protection from Asurion. When I contacted them about the issue, they said it is not started, go to manufacturer. I reached out to Amazon and they replaced it for me. Now again it broke. I reached out to asurion again. Now they say it is not contract. what is the point of having protection. Waste of time and money. I will not recommend this to anyone. This is a fraud protection.

It is worth purchasing a Protection Plan on an unfamiliar item
Bought a 3-year protection plan for a nut milk maker machine for $5.99. It was a fairly new kitchen item in our household and we were not familiar with the brand. So, I bought the plan for a piece (peace) of mind. The machine worked nicely for about 18-20 months with daily use until it tripped the circuit outlet. My initial chat with Asurion did not go as I expected due to discrepancy on their end as they see a protection plan for the nut milk maker as a sporting goods valued between $100-$199, not as a kitchen item valued between $30-$39.99. ( I had bought 3 different protection plan on th same day for multiple items purchased on Prime Days). They were looking at a different plan and I was unable to get them to "scroll over" to the appropriate protection plan. I tried again on a different day during the first hour of their contact hours and had a cheerful Asurion agent who was able to find the appropriate kitchen item protection plan. It was a simple and thorough conversation and transaction. I was refunded within hours after I packed up and dropped off the damaged item out to UPS. Moral of the story: Asurion Protection Plan is worth it and contact them at the start of their first day shift, not at the end of their evening shift.
