This rejuvenating dessert soup features peach gum, known for its soft, jelly-like bite, paired with snow-white white fungus (tremella) which gives the broth its naturally silky body. Lightly infused with fragrant osmanthus blossoms, the result is a dessert that is subtly floral, gently sweet and beautifully refreshing. Serving Suggestions:
Enjoy chilled for a refreshing treat. Can also be lightly warmed. We recommend placing in a water bath to defrost completely or thawing overnight before consumption.

Storage Guide: Frozen up to 12 months. Best consumed within 2–3 days once thawed. Once thawed, do not re-freeze.
We will minimally send a product with at least 2 months of use left for best taste and quality.
