Heritage is made in Egypt of polypropylene, polyester, and wool for thicker, variable texture and soft blended pile. Frankly, as with other printers, I thought that I could use reconditioned cartridges with this printer. The first set I purchased was not recognized, thus I have had to purchase genuine products. The cartridges, also offering good color, do not last long. It's a trade-off between cost and quality.
