It prevents any fabric shifting during stitching, ensuring precise embroidery even on bulky garments or accessories like backpacks.
Will the magnetic strength weaken over time? What is the expected lifespan?
No, the MaggieFrame embroidery hoops magnetic design uses long-life magnets that retain their power for decades. These permanent magnets are resistant to demagnetization under normal use, making this hoop a durable, one-time investment for your YunFu MT-1501 or QM-1204 embroidery projects.
When using this magnetic frame, should the stabilizer be placed inside the frame or floated outside of it?
For most materials, it’s best to sandwich the stabilizer and fabric between the two parts of the magnetic hoop for optimal tension. However, with thick or textured items, you may choose to float the stabilizer under the bottom frame instead. Both techniques work well on YunFu QM and MT models for maintaining even hoop tension.
What precautions should I take if I use this strong magnetic frame in an environment where children are present?
These are powerful industrial magnets, not toys. Always handle the MaggieFrame embroidery hoop with care and keep it securely snapped together when not in use.
