SPL Parts adjustable Rear Toe Arms (RTA) increase stability and response by eliminating bushing deflection while also offering a wide range of toe adjustment. Lowered BRZs, WRXs, and 86s need the adjustment range for correcting rear toe to ensure proper tire wear and handling. Correcting the static toe angle and eliminating the toe change that occurs due to bushing deflection makes a huge improvement to the overall driving experience of the car. Sharper turn-in, improved braking stability, and predictable handling from corner entry to corner exit. The SPL rear toe arms feature 360° clamps instead of jam nuts to make setting the toe angle significantly easier. Simply loosen the two 1/4"-20 titanium screws and turn the center arm to adjust the length. Tightening the screws locks down the arm and won't change your toe setting.OEM eccentric bolts are known to slip during hard cornering, altering your alignment settings and possibly ruining your track day. That's why we've paired the SPL eccentric lockouts and rear adjustable toe arm as a complete kit. The eccentric lockout kit replaces the OEM eccentrics and also allows the toe arms to be unbolted and bolted back on the car while maintaining alignment settings, if needed.BenefitsLightweight: 2.63 lbs (1.19 kg) per Arm (18% Lighter than OEM)Large Toe Adjustability RangeEliminates Bushing Deflection and Toe Change due to DeflectionGreatly Improves Stability and Driving FeelReplaces Slip-prone OEM Eccentrics, Locks Down AlignmentEasier, On-Car Adjustment + No Jam NutsSelf-Cleaning, US Made, PTFE-Lined FK BearingsMaterialsHollow 6061-T6 Aluminum Arms (Anodized Black)6061-T6 Aluminum Spacers, 360º Clamps, and Lockout Plates304 Stainless Steel Insert SpacersTi-6Al-4V Titanium 1/4-20 Socket Head Allen Screws (Anodized Blue)

Amazing guide for life
Format: Kindle
In 12 Universal Skills: The Beginner's Guide to a Successful Work Life, Peter Scheele and Nina Bech-Andersen stress the significance of interpersonal skills for achieving success in both personal and professional spheres. These skills, known as "soft skills," "essential skills," "human skills," or "universal skills," are crucial. The authors offer practical guidance and techniques to enhance individual effectiveness, covering essential areas like time management, communication, decision making, job hunting, and goal setting. Although the book's content may seem obvious, it goes beyond explaining what and why, providing actionable advice on how to improve productivity. The book is not only suitable for beginners but also for business professionals aiming to enhance their interpersonal abilities. As an adjunct professor of leadership at esteemed universities, I highly recommend "12 Universal Skills" as an excellent resource that equips students with the tools they need to succeed both now and in the future.

Covers lots of important topics
Format: Kindle
12 Universal Skills by Peter Scheele and Nina Bech-Andersen is one of those books that comes across as something that should be taught in a college level classroom. If I was going to rename the book, I would call it How to Work With People. This is a general skill that we never really learn much about, but so much of our lives both professionally and personally are based around this idea. Some of the topics included here are how to solve conflicts with others, how to manage your time, and how to work as part of a team. These are skills that we are expected to practice as we make our way through school, but are never truly taught to us making them areas of weakness that need to be addressed. If you are starting a career, just getting out of school, or are simply looking for ways to improve yourself then this is a a great read for you.
