- Six open burners rated at 35,000 BTU/h each deliver high heat for active line service.
- Step-up burner layout gives you a flexible cooking surface for different pot and pan heights.
- Convection oven base includes three chrome-plated racks and a 150°F to 500°F thermostat range.
- Stainless steel front, sides, burner box, and front rail are built for durability and easier cleanup.
- Oven section uses 120V, 60Hz, single-phase power with a NEMA 5-15P cord and 1/3 HP motor.
- Compatible with natural gas or propane and rated at 247,000 BTU/h on natural gas or 233,000 BTU/h on propane.
