A balanced diet and sufficient intake of vitamins and minerals from food, is essential for children.

Active ingredients:
Each 5mL of oral liquid contains:
Choline Bitartrate 153.2 mg,
Iron (as Ferrous Fumarate) 5mg,
Retinol Palmitate 184.9 micrograms (Equivalent to Vitamin A 101 micrograms RE),
Thiamine Hydrochloride 700 micrograms (Equivalent to Thiamine (Vitamin B1) 550.5 micrograms),
Riboflavin (Vitamin B2) 600 micrograms,
Nicotinamide 5 mg,
Pyridoxine Hydrochloride 750 micrograms (Equivalent to Pyridoxine (Vitamin B6) 617.5 micrograms),
Biotin (Vitamin H) 8 micrograms,
Cyanocobalamin (Vitamin B12) 1 microgram,
Colecalciferol (Vitamin D3 320IU) 8 micrograms,
Zinc (as Zinc Sulfate Monohydrate) 2 mg.

Directions:
Children 1-5 years: 5mL per day., or as advised by your healthcare professional.
Children 6-11 years: 10mL per day or as advised by your healthcare professional.

• Refrigerate after opening and discard after 60 days.
