Organized into powerful chiefdoms during the Mississippian period, Caddo society was highly ceremonial, revolving around priest-chiefs, trade in exotic items, and the periodic construction of mounds. Their distinctive heritage helped the Caddos to adapt after the European invasion and to remain the dominant political and economic power in the region. New ideas, peoples, and commodities were incorporated into their cultural framework. The Caddos persisted and for a time even thrived, despite continual raids by the Osages and Choctaws, decimation by diseases, and escalating pressures from the French and Spanish.The Caddo Chiefdoms offers the most complete accounting available of early Caddo culture and history. Weaving together French and Spanish archival sources, Caddo oral history, and archaeological evidence, David La Vere presents a fascinating look at the political, social, economic, and religious forces that molded Caddo culture over time. Special attention is given to the relationship between kinship and trade and to the political impulses driving the successive rise and decline of Caddo chiefdoms.

I’ve been buying Monster Zero Ultra for years and have it on subscription. It’s the one energy drink I consistently go back to. I've tried most others and they all leave me feeling weird.
I actually feel a noticeable energy boost from it, but without the downsides I’ve had with other drinks. No headaches, no weird jittery feeling, and no crash later on.
The flavor is also solid (this one and Ultra Violet are my go tos') , not overly sweet, and easy to drink regularly. I only buy sugar-free energy drinks, and this checks that box without sacrificing taste. I limit myself to one a day after the gym and water the rest of the day.
After trying a lot of different brands, this is the one that’s stayed consistent for me, which is why I’ve kept it on subscription.

My Favorite Flavored Sparkling Water

Sparkling Ice Black Raspberry has honestly become my favorite flavored sparkling water. The flavor is strong enough to actually taste satisfying without being overly sweet, and it has a really refreshing balance compared to many other zero-sugar drinks.
One thing I especially like is that it feels much more enjoyable than plain water while still avoiding the heavy sugary feeling that comes with regular soda. The carbonation level is also good in my opinion because it gives the drink a crisp texture without feeling overly aggressive or flat.
The black raspberry flavor stands out nicely and does not have the strange aftertaste that some zero-sugar drinks tend to develop. It has consistently been one of the easiest flavored waters for me to keep buying regularly.
