Fusing myriad primary and secondary sources, historian Larry Cebula offers a compelling master narrative of the impact of Christianity on the Columbian Plateau peoples in the Pacific Northwest from 1700 to 1850. For the Native peoples of the Columbian Plateau, the arrival of whites was understood primarily as a spiritual event, calling for religious explanations. Between 1700 and 1806, Native peoples of the Columbian Plateau experienced the presence of whites indirectly through the arrival of horses, some trade goods by long-distance exchange, and epidemic diseases that decimated their population and shook their faith in their religious beliefs. Many responded by participating in the Prophet Dance movement to restore their frayed links to the spirit world. When whites arrived in the early nineteenth century, the Native peoples of the Columbian Plateau were more concerned with learning about white people's religious beliefs and spiritual power than with acquiring their trade goods; trading posts were seen as windows into another world rather than sources of goods. The whites' strange appearance and seeming immunity to disease and the unique qualities of their goods and technologies suggested great spiritual power to the Native peoples. But disillusionment awaited: Catholic and Protestant missionaries came to teach the Native peoples about Christianity, yet these white spiritual practices failed to protect them from a new round of epidemic disease. By 1850, with their world devastatingly altered, most Plateau Indians had rejected ChristianityBinding Type: Paperback

Works well...but the price!
I ordered two sets to connect 3 monitors together for a workstation at my job. These are well designed and the magnets are pretty strong. Installation is easy and it holds the alignment well.
The only issue is the price. For what it is, the price is quite high. The value proposition would be much higher for those who need to be able to not have them aligned from time to time, such as rotating one around for others to see in an office. But if don't need to do this and just want alignment, there are much cheaper options.
If you want to go the cheapest DIY route and it won't be seen, some popsicle sticks with two sided tape works well. You can crack them in the middle to act as a hinge.

Awesome product only thing that worked
I originally thought the Screen Buddy was overpriced, but after spending hundreds of dollars trying to perfectly align my monitors for sim racing, this is genuinely the only thing that has actually worked properly.
Triple monitor alignment is one of the most frustrating parts of building a sim rig, especially with monitor arms constantly moving or sagging. This finally made everything line up the way I wanted.
Expensive? Maybe. Worth it after all the headaches? Absolutely. Great job.

Doesn't stick
The adhesive tape kept coming off. I cleaned and followed the installation instructions, but it still kept coming off. Wouldn't recommend.

Works Great, Very happy customer
I’ve tried a few different ways to connect and manage dual monitors, and the Screen Buddy Dual Monitor Connector is easily one of the most straightforward and reliable solutions I’ve used. Setup was quick—no confusing instructions or extra headaches
Performance-wise, it’s been rock solid. The connection stays stable and even when I bumped the monitors once, and they disconnected, it was a quick push and they clicked right back together.
Build quality feels solid and durable, not flimsy like some cheaper connectors. It’s clearly designed with everyday users in mind, whether you’re working, gaming, or multitasking across multiple apps.
Overall, it delivers exactly what it promises: a simple, dependable way to keep your screens connected with no gaps or one being too high or too low. Definitely worth it if you want a clean, hassle-free dual monitor setup.

Warning, if you have two different thickness of monitors these may not work as intended.
The product seems very well made and the adhesive is very strong. These seem like they would work really well if you have two monitors of the same thickness, in my case I did not and they actually created more of a gap then without.
