Given the nature of diseases in dahlias and the difficulty with testing in New Zealand, it is impossible to make any guarantees about tubers being 100% disease free. 

Tuber will be sent with an eye or shoot. Sometimes shoots will fall off in transit however more eyes (and therefore shoots) will grow around the original shoot. Please get in touch within 48 hours of receiving your tubers if you have any issues. As there are so many variables involved in growing dahlias - we will not provide replacements or refunds once this 48 hours has elapsed for issues with growing.
