6. If the member needs to adjust their payment plan (change of membership status: pause, hold, cancel, resume, etc.), they will fill out the form online and admin can then alter the subscription.

HOW TO PAUSE/CANCEL/RESUME MEMBERSHIP SUBSCRIPTION:

1. Click on Orders tab on left side. Search member's name and find subscription (will include subscription Order number). 
2. Click on Order. 
3. Click "View Subscription". 
4. Upper top right, select either "Pause" or "Cancel Subscription".

***NOTE: Changes made to subscription are effective immediately! Pay attention to proper dates in order to  coordinate with Be Strong's 28 day payment cycle. Member contract is clear that any membership changes need a 28 day heads up.
