Jack, a poor boy, raised by depression-scarred parents, was the envy of his boyhood friends. His father drove a delivery truck full of ice cream. He was introduced to the world outside of his home town through the out of town newspapers he delivered on his paper route. Perhaps you will recognize a loved one, an old friend or a familiar situation as Jack shares his experiences as a young boy, husband, father, health care worker, technical expert and marketing professional. His boyhood aspirations were achieved when Jack, accepted as an international speaker found himself on stage. Anecdotal stories, as Jack recalls them, are from a more simple time in life. To protect the privacy of the characters, names and places were often changed. A few incidents were deliberately embellished to accentuate the tone of the story. The acronym, LIAR, allows for some exaggeration. Many aspects of love are reflected in Life is a Re-Run stories. Hopefully it will become obvious why this book is truly a love story.
