AVB-D16 makes the vision of plug-and-play functionality between audio networks a reality! Unlike other option cards, the AVB-D16 functions as a node on the network that can be accessed from any AVB device so mutliple mixers can route audio to and from a Dante using the same AVB-D16. Need more than 16 input and output channels? Simply connect more AVB-D16 AVB-to-Dante bridges to your existing StudioLive Series III AVB network to add 16 channels of Dante I/O with each bridge.
Whether you're looking at your Dante network setup from Audinate's Dante Control software or managing your StudioLive Series III AVB ecosystem from Universal Control or a StudioLive Series III console touchscreen, the AVB-D16 presents itself as a simple 16x16 network device. This lets you easily patch up to 16 audio sources on your StudioLive AVB network to any available input on your Dante network and receive 16 channels of audio from your Dante network to route to your StudioLive Series III mixers, EarMix 16M personal monitor mixers, or the outputs on your NSB-series stage boxes, creating a truly cohesive networking experience between the two protocols.
