Grapes are selected at full ripeness from Marlboroughs two winegrowing valleys, the Wairau Valley and the Awatere Valley. They are immediately pressed to stainless steel tanks. Wine was left on lees for 3 months

Grapes are selected at full ripeness from Marlborough’s two winegrowing valleys, the Wairau Valley and the Awatere Valley. They are immediately pressed to stainless steel tanks. Wine was left on lees for 3 months before blending and bottling early to retain freshness.
