The Santoku is a versatile all-purpose knife widely used for preparing meat, fish, and vegetables. This knife was stored unused. It is a Hon-Warikomi DP knife with carbon steel laminated as the core material, and the Special sticker remains clean. Please allow for minor storage scratches, stains, and sharpening marks.

This knife is double-beveled laminated steel, offering both sharp cutting ability and ease of use.
