  • Due to head unit variations, there is a small chance that AD3 will not connect successfully or Android Auto will not start automatically. Upgrade your AD3 over the air (previously upgrades were done via SD card). You can also contact ATOTO support team for further assistance.
  • The USB cable has been upgraded with a longer Type-C connector for improved connectivity. Therefore, it is normal for part of the connector to be exposed when plugging in AD3.
