Il soffice impasto del panettone è arricchito con gocce di cioccolato

al caramello, farcito con una delicata crema al cioccolato al latte,

bagnato con un delicato infuso alla vaniglia.

Copertura con cioccolato al caramello e gocce di cioccolato al caramello.

Ingredienti

farina di GRANO tenero tipo 00, BURRO, tuorlo d’UOVO di galline allevate a terra, zucchero, cioccolato al caramello 7%  (zucchero, burro di cacao, LATTE scremato in polvere, siero di LATTE in polvere, grasso del LATTE, BURRO, emulsionante: lecitina di girasole, aroma vaniglia), LIEVITO MADRE, pasta d’ arancia 5% (scorza d’ arancia, sciroppo di glucosio, zucchero), miele italiano, MALTO D’ORZO, infuso alcolico alla vaniglia 14°, sale, bacche di vaniglia. Farcitura: ganache al cioccolato al latte 25%:  cioccolato al latte (zucchero, LATTE intero in polvere, grassi vegetali palma-cartamo-illipe-shea, oli vegetali girasole-cartamo-riso, cacao magro in polvere, emulsionante: lecitina di SOIA, vanillina). Copertura: cioccolato al caramello (zucchero, burro di cacao, LATTE intero in polvere, pasta di cacao, LATTE scremato in polvere, zucchero caramellizzato, emulsionante lecitina di SOIA, estratto di paprica, aroma vaniglia), olio di semi di ARACHIDI, BURRO ANIDRO.
