The outer fabric with a diamond quilted pattern makes it a lot harder for the horse to bite in the fabric and tear it up. It also prevents shavings from sticking to the rug. The stable rug features double front closures and two cross surcingles that are reinforced with artificial leather. The bungee cord is detachable and has a plastic cover which allows easy cleaning. Who doesn't love a unicorn?

Cute set but runs a bit big in my opinion for a size 2T. My grandbaby is tall for her age (22 months), but the pants were really long and loose on her, granted she's not chunky, so factor that in. Overall, it's a nice set and the material is soft (especially the pants) and seems like it would keep the little ones warm.
