Weighing in at just 2.56kg maximum (2.36kg minimum), it’s ideal for long-distance trekking without compromising on comfort. The redesigned inner tent offers 26% more space, providing greater room for sleeping, organising kit, and riding out poor weather.
Built using TriPlex™ triple ripstop flysheet fabric, which is PFC-free, recycled, and solution dyed, the Southern Cross 2 places a stronger emphasis on sustainability while still delivering the durability and weather protection required for exposed environments. An enhanced pole hub system, 9mm OD central pole, and reinforced guying points ensure exceptional stability in strong winds and unpredictable mountain conditions.
