A favorite of portrait and fashion photographers, the 16" Angler Beauty Reflector with Adapter Kit was put together by B&H to provide photographers with the reflector's soft but crisp quality of light. The kit includes the Beauty Reflector and an adapter for Paul C. Buff Alien Bee, Einstein, White Lightning and Zeus flash heads. The adapter is also compatible with Balcar and Flashpoint heads.
- Angler Beauty Reflector (16")
The 16" Beauty Reflector from Angler gets its name from the popularity of this light shaper with fashion and portrait photographers.
Recommended for strobes, the light source is bounced off of a centrally positioned deflector and directed to fill the neutral white reflector interior. The result is a signature soft dispersed look, but with crispness, ideal for hair and makeup, that you can't get from umbrellas and softboxes. An added feature is the natural-looking catchlights that appear in the subject's eyes. Optional accessories include a honeycomb grid to tunnel and direct the light output and a diffusion sock to soften it.
