For best results warm the Toner in warm water, to body temperature.

Use anytime you want your skin to feel refreshed and rejuvenated.

Can be sprayed directly into open eyes, ears, nose, mouth or scalp to provide and array of benefits directly to the cells of these body parts.

Apply the toner generously to any body part or use a cotton pad for targeted application.

To support youthful skin and minimize fine lines, saturate a cloth with warm toner and apply to the face and eye areas for 20 minutes. For rapid results, apply daily for 30 days and then three times weekly.

To soothe dry or sensitive skin, apply an absorbent gauze pack soaked with warm toner to the area and cover for 30 minutes daily or as needed.
