Herstellung aus regionalem Getreide aus letzter Ernte durch die Rätze-Mühle, einer der ältesten Mühlen Sachsens (seit 1772)

Grünkernschrot ist das aus gedarrten, halbreif geerntetem Dinkel hergestellte Schrot.
Es enthält wertvolle Ballaststoffe und Mineralien aus den Randschichten des Korn und ist somit ideal für eine gesunde und ballaststoffreiche Ernährung
Der Dinkel stammt aus den Anbauflächen rund um die Rätze-Mühle und somit ist der Anbau und die Herstellung 100% regional und natürlich

Für die Verarbeitung wurden keine chemischen Zusatzstoffe verwendet. Dies ist auch deutlich am Geschmack erkennbar.
