Arginin in bester Bioverfügbarkeit L-Arginin ist eine wichtige Aminosäure des Harnstoff- und Citratzyklus. Damit spielt sie eine direkte Rolle für die Regulierung des Stickstoffoxidspiegels, der wichtig für eine funktionierende Durchblutung ist, sowie die Energiebereitstellung. Im Gegensatz zu Citrullin, welches die Argininspiegel nach Einnahme erst nach 40-60 Minuten erhöht ist Arginin-Alphaketoglutarat noch einmal eine Spur schneller darin, die Serumspiegel zu erhöhen. Für maximalen Synergieeffekt empfiehlt sich also eine kombinierte Einnahme beider Stoffe. Während reines L-Arginin oder Arginin HCL oftmals eher schlecht vom Körper aufgenommen werden, bietet die von uns verwendete Kombination von Arginin und Alpha-Ketoglutarsäure maximale Absorption und damit vollen Nutzen. Wooden Cutting Board

The purchase of a wooden cutting board was another selection in my quest to eliminate plastic from my environment when feasible. I had forgotten how great a wooden cutting board is to use. This one is solid, beautiful, and worked well with a sharp knife. It stayed firm on the counter, without sliding. The trough around the perimeter was effective in keeping any fluids from spilling onto the counter top. The size was perfect, allowing me to easily cut and contain the vegetables I was dealing with. Yet it was small enough to easily store and pull out for use. I followed the instructions for caring for the board, washing it with soapy water, drying it immediately, and wiping it with food safe oil. It’s been a solid purchase that will undoubtedly be a workhorse in my kitchen. The first use allowed me to toss my 3 cutting boards that I’ve been using for years and were worn. I’m anxious to see if it holds up with the daily use I’ll undoubtedly subject it to.

Best Comentary for the layman/bible teacher
Format: Hardcover
The PNTC comentaries never dissapoint, they are the very best comentarys that i have found for those who do not read greek and may have a bit of bible college.. they are technical but not too technical, in depth but not too much. and you can always trust the General Editor DA Carson... i have several other comentary series but this is the best and all of them are rated very highly by the experts..
