Berschreibung:

Mit dieser Extruder-Zahnradbaugruppe kann man ohne Bedenken auch Materialen mit Zusätzen wie Kohle- oder Glasfaser drucken, ohne das diese zu Abnutzung führen und dann Extrusionsproblemen hervorrufen. Der Haltearm ist aus CNC gefrästem Aluminium. Das Grundmaterial der Extruder-Zahnradbaugruppe weist eine Härte von HRC 62-65 auf und die Oberflächenhärte hat durch die Nano Beschichtung eine HV-Härte von 1000. Die Schrägverzahung sorgt für optimale Kraftübertragung und einen verschleißarmen Betrieb.
